在OG13 上 reading comprehension Q7, 我有點不明白.希望請教一下你們如何理解這題,方法是什麽.

文章中 line 10提到說" such innovations reduce production wast BUT DO NOT ALTER the number of products manufactured NOR the waste generated from their use and discard; indeed, most companies invest in ecoefficiency improvements in order to increase profits and growth".

Q7 問 " the passage implies that which of the following is a possible consequence of a company's adoption of innovations that increase its ecoefficiecy?"

答案: B --" Company growth fostered by cost saving from such innovations may allow that company to manufacture a GREATER number of products that will be used and discarded, thus worsening environmental stress"

這個答案中的'greater' 與原文中的 'do not alter the number of products manufacture' 不是有點矛盾么?
