shuang hui acquire the Simith(the biggest meat producer at US), the company stock price raise over 30%.

The union (over 18000 employee) is favor of the accquire prospoal.  and the manament team and plant process don't change, meanwhile, the chairman of the Smith admit that some customer will have food security concern to shuang hui.   Finally the proposal still need to reviewed by US goverment.

Shuan hui 's CEO is wang dong , is  a member of China National Legistaion .  just like most of top factory.
