查了朗文，netting是不可数名词，因此用is是没有问题的，E没有理由用完成时态啊？

我怎么感觉正是因为Ｄ用了一般现在时are才应该弃选呢。它表示持续的状态啊，我们只能知道过去，和现在，但不能暗示将来和现在的状态也是一样的。Ｅ的现在完成时就改正了这个错误。
