If I say the job opportunity is not very closely associated with the school name, as long as it is a fair school, I think I am telling the truth. If you ask me what plays the most important role in job search, it is of course "good luck"! The fact that I can tell you is that most UNC graduates are now working in the US, some may not have perfect jobs though (it also depends on how you define "perfect"). Several did have difficulty finding a job in the US, but you cannot blame the school. Off-campus job search is important to students in most schools in bad job markets.
You have to talk with more MBA graduates to understand the job search in the US. It's very important. The aforementioned is just my personal experience.
