B. 这里ALL 是adj, 修饰主语dancers.
all of....中的all是代词，通常强调全部整体概念时用。

那也就是说all of the students has the ......而不是have咯
但是我这本书上说all of +名词负数，all +the+名词负数
当然我也认为应该是b但就是不确定

个人意见，不敢误导．：) 请其他高手指正吧．
个人认为all of the students　后仍应跟复数 have.　在意思上强调学生整体，主语是＂所有学生＂，主语是"all"．如果是all the students　强调的是学生个体，主语是＂students＂，用all 来修饰 the students,意思等同于every student.　
在上句中我感觉它是说每个芭蕾演员都要学习５个基本动作．所以就将主语定位在dancers上了．至于为什么不说all the ballet dancers,我认为没有特指哪些芭蕾演员，所以不加the.
不敢确定，全凭语感，请高手给出意见．
