有人可以帮我分析一下这句话的句型结构么，再讲解一下这道题，希望可以细致些。

主语：salt deposit and moisture, 谓语：threaten(一般现在时)，the site 作为同位语修饰the Mohenjo-Daro.
要注意的是：those不能指代前面出现的单数名词civilization,所以只能用civilizations。另外，B选项的时态错误，过去完成时表达“过去的过去”，这里的谓语时态是现在时，不是一般过去时。

这里的as  能换成as did 吗  有时候as 作为连词和副词 分不清楚  

as  [?z;?z]
adv.  跟...一样地, 同样地; 例如; 如同
conj.  像...一样; 像; 依照; 当...时


这是林格斯上面的  肿么区分呢 到底加不加helping verb在后面呢？

这道题中，加不加did都不会产生歧义，因为比较的是“主谓”结构。如果有宾语的情况下，就要考虑是否会出现歧义了。
08语法笔记：
as或than引导比较从句中的省略原则----from 白勇语法
1)        比较从句谓语与主句谓语相同，可用do，did，does代替。
2)        比较从句连系动词be与主句连系动词be相同，可以省略be，也可以不省略。
3)        主语谓语动词短语使用“助动词（如have，has，had，will）或情态动词（can，could，may，should）+verb”形式时，比较从句往往省略verb，保留助动词或情态动词。
4)        比较从句的主语和谓语与主句的主语和谓语相同时，可以全部省去，常常保留做状语的介词短语或状语从句。
5)        比较从句的主语与主句主语相同，可以省略。

看句意，修饰的是个曾经繁荣过的远古文明  所以要用过去时
