这种情况很正常，毕竟短时间内大脑无法处理太多的信息。建议练习初读或越障的时候记笔记，简单地用缩写的方式进行记录，用最简单的句式。

比如，Michael Jackson is the greatest singer and dancer in the State who has got many rewards for his good performance....
笔记：MJ is S&D. 或者更简单 J is S&D. 记笔记的时候原则就是去掉所有的修辞成分，只记主干，这样一来你的大脑处理的信息量就少了很多，这里不用去管J到底为什么得奖，得了那些奖等。只用集中精神看文章接下来会怎么展开。
比如，作者可以写J的小时候怎么度过的，或者他得过哪些奖，或者他为什么这么受欢迎等等。。。总结起来，上面句子的修饰成分跟后面将要展开讨论的内容可能有或没有关系，它们不会影响你的阅读。

在练习越障的时候，你只需要关注，作者写了什么，他/她想表达什么内容。

坚持，一定会有进步的。

同时，建议你练习看长句，每天看5-10句长句，争取在短时间内快速抓住句子主干。这样对你将来练习G阅读时抓逻辑结构的帮助很大，对SC也有帮助的。

TIME1: 01'21'' Genes makes up 2% of human genome and for the balance 98% it is genetic material. It is questioned that why the body keeps so many genetic material. A recent research gives the answer. And this finding will be published. This finding has get the support from many countries including China
TIME2: 02'06'' Why the junk genetic exists since it is useless for strong body. Some scients said that they can convert DNA to RNA. But the other scients disagree. And they classify them to two different approaches. Some species have a inherint to bias the junk DNA and the others have a different way to junk DNA.
TIME3: 01'37'' A certain plant verify that complex life doesn't need junk DNA. This plant has a complex method to prey. The only difference by eliminating the junk DNA for this plant is the small size. Three key periods determine this plant during the evolution. The good genetic has been doubllely inherited by its offspring.
