请教各位大神们，这难道不是SC中的典型错误吗？

Most seniorexecutives are familiar with the formal decision analysis models and tools, andthose who use such systematic methods for reaching decisions are occasionallyleery of solutions suggested by these methods which run counter to their senseof the correct course of action.

红字部分照我的理解是修饰solutions的，但是我记得在SC曼哈顿语法规则中，which引导的名词modifier必须紧贴被修辞的名词啊，这样岂不是修饰了methods了吗？当然，我明白都是那个by these methods可能不得不插进去，而且就算插进去了，make sense的主语还只能是solutions。但是我实在有点昏，感觉在SC和RC里看的东西似乎在打架，既怕RC的灵活干扰了SC，又怕SC的严谨干扰了RC。

请求大神们教教我这么是不是矛盾，即使不是，SC和RC中的是否有相互干扰的可能？如果尽量降低呢？

另外还有个我看不懂的，MESBIC’sare the result of the belief that providing ……are后面可以跟可数名词的单数形式？
