我觉得楼上的gg讲得很清楚了，嗯，

比如我们挣了钱要上税，这里涉及到3个概念：收入；税率；上税额，他们的相互关系是：收入*税率=上税额

在这道题里：房地产的估价（the assessed value of that real estate）*税率（percentage of assessed value that was paid as property taxes to the city ）=上税额（The total amount of revenue that Altonville has collected from property taxes ）

想想：估价下降了，税率没变，那么上税额肯定下降了；不知道这样讲，是不是好懂一些？

不是很赞成答案D.我感觉D没有考虑成交量的因素.据个例子.以前房屋100一个,税率5%,成交量一个,那么上税=100*5%*1=0.05

但是现在房屋80一个,成交量2个,税率5%,那么上税=80*5%*2=0.08

尽管房产价格下降(从100到80),但是上税还是多了(0.08>0.05)

在这个过程中,不变得只有税率5%.

我选B,请指正.

一个百分比保持不变是需要严格条件的，因为要要求分子分母同比列增加。Altonville’s overall revenue的其他部分不知道怎么样，怎么获得其百分比不遍的结论呢？

请mm再仔细想想.

property tax 跟成交无关。。

拥有property的人。要按照rate缴税。。
