Skulls indicate that hunters used to select and disposal the bones.

1.        Homo erectus had a serious hankering for antelope brains for supporting their large bodies, expanded brains and extensive travel across the landscape.
2.        Few tooth marks of lions or other predators appear on these fossils, another clue that hominids must have killed the small game.
I do not know how does author get this conclusion from his observation, which just says they found some tooth marks. Oh, that is right. These small game is also the diet for these kind of large predators.
It is an interesting conclusion to indicate the reason of hominids eating brains of antelope: they left the most meaty part of carcass to the big cats.
Another feasible explanation for overrepresentation of skulls is that that action could be due to selective disposal of antelope parts after a hunt.
3.        Scientists inhibit a specific type of cell into the brain, this method can control the seizures of epilepsy.
The result of this therapy is significant. It eliminates seizures in half of the treated mice and dramatically reduces the number of spontaneous seizures in the rest.
4.        One reliable way to generate human MGE-like cells: transplanted the MGE-like cell into healthy mice.
After treating, mice get some good side effects: becoming less abnormally agitated, less hyperactive, and performing better in water-maze tests.
It seems to be a good treatment.
5.        The number of particles and their size control how bright the clouds appear from the top.
The brightness of the clouds controls the efficient with which clouds scatter sunlight back into space.
In the warmer conditions, the effect acts in the reverse because some compound evaporates from the particles. So, the effect is more distinctive.

文章不是像我第一次看的时候那么简单。这是很多陷阱在里面。

第一段开门见山,提出全球变暖与降雨减少会对植物产生影响;

Firstly, one theory ecosystems, such as B ecosystem will move polewards. However, another theory is posed immediately after the first one and contends that the B ecosystem is bound to move another direction rather than move polewards. Then, the new theory is followed by its reasons and evidences.

Later, another important climate-transition-model is mentioned, which is just like the conduct of the warm in basic physics

After introducing the climate-transition-model, the author goes further to justify its scientific and practical value by analyzing the areas US with this model.

Moreover, B ecosystem is attached to this climate model. In other words, researchers use this model to predict the direction where plants are going to move. The result is polewards and highwards. Then, two examples are mentioned to vindicate this prediction.

Finally, author mentions this mode’s some advantages and strengths, which is the Achilles’ heel of other models.
