谢谢lz, 辛苦辛苦啦~
1' 31 Pakistan is about to national election. People are more care about economic problem than violence problem <- examplify the problem, such as the inflation, the power cuts and the tax system.

1‘18 the tax system: coz the government don't tax the influent people rather than the young adults. Young people is hopeless about the future, so they doubt wether the new government will deal the tax system or not.

2‘07 since last year fast food security till the birds flu, fast-food industry sales have been decreasing. We can see the fast food industry is quiet risky in China market. Because the food security sector is fragment and the highly expensive to agains it.

2'07 China tourism industry is blooming and contribute to the global travel industry. Even American have Mandarin-Speaking concierge to offer specific assistance to Chinese guests. According KPMG, Chinese buy more luxury watch out of China because the price difference.

2'07 The fiscal cliff issue change people from positive to pessimistic. People worry about the economy and they spend less in the holiday season, reducing the revenue of many retailers. And in Jan. it may get worse.

4'48 The new act's impact on the e-products, a new act to protect the store retailers.. Because the tax on e-products is huge, more states probably will legislate the tax system.

1.1-34
Pakistan is going to hold an election next month, but people here are more concerned about the economy than militant violence. A company that trains people some skills to earn money complains that the power cuts and inflation do harm to its profits. A person in a business says the power cuts are often in the country. What's more, the tax department does not do its work well, because many taxes are not collected.
2.1-13
People complain that the country does not tax rich citizens. In addition, there are more than 60% percent of people are under 25 years old in the country. They consider the unemployment, power cuts, and corruption. Even though the government declares that it will try to solve those problems, people do not expect there will be any difference in the future. If young people in the country lose their confidence in the development, the future of the country will be very bleak, no matter who will be the next leader.
3.2-05
Yum's running in China has not developed well since last year, because there are two factors; one is the food-safe problems wide spred in China, and the other is the bird flu making people worried. The fast food industry in China faces many risks. Even though some other companies plan to increase their shops in China, Yum also plan to increase its sales here and it has more shops than its competitors do. However, with such problems, proftis of these fast food companies may decrease in the long term.
4.2-17
There are more and more Chinese tourlists around the world, thus contributing a lot to the economic development of many countries. To comply with the trend, many foreign organizations carry out their special services for Chinese to attract their attention. For example, because Chinese government conduct the high taxes on some goods, such as luxury brands, Chinese are more inclined to shop in other countries than in China.
5.2-19
Although people are worried about the economy, the holiday urges consumers to spend more money, thus making the situation better than people expected. However, the short time trend cannot last long, so people should worry about the economy in the next few monthes.
6.4-55
The Marketplace Fairness Act, which regulates that e-books should be taxed from some online companies, will be conducted in the future. Of course, the rule will increase a lot of taxes for America in future. However, some people worry that the act may harm their profits, because they think e-books are much cheaper than the physical books and should not be taxed. Now some states already carry out such rule, while others do not.

1 Pakistan face a new round election. People pay more attetion about economic problem than volent activites. such as unemployment, power, inflation.  The people care what different between new goverment and old goverment.

2.Paksitan face fewer and fewer donation because there is a 1% pay personal tax and over 70% hardly claim
their incomes.  The challenge is why the Paksitan don't charge the wealthest people.

3 Fast food face a series of problem.   the profit is down Y0Y and M0M.  Meanwhile, Avain flu and agriculture make Fast-food industry is risky industry. KFC- M-Donald

4 Chinese tourism expanding very soon and the number over over 80 million at 2012. It means that over 40% increase.  Therefore The hotel and air-line change their service to attract more tourism. Example US Express is working with China banking and invent a new travel check.  and The hotel offer chopstick and noodle.

5 US finance deparment face challenge

on line tax

The US Congress is working on a new act about on-line sales.
Different states law is different when they define what the product should be taxed.
The tax require over 1M sales turn over and need to pay tax, But small on-line company don't think so and
claims that the tax code will push more business to on-line gaint.
CA is the brith place of Amazon, google,  and these gaint are inclined to tax code.  such as Amazon.
Some person thing that the states on which Amazon new built factory need to pay tax first.

1‘36Pakistan is facing a  national election now.but the people in Pakistan credit the financial losses to the governmrnt and the poor tax system.
1'30 the poor tax system in Pakistan makes it hard for the country to turn to the donors for help. the situation of young people in Pakistan means a bleak future.so people are doing something to suppor among young voters.
2'25 because of the flu in china recently, a lot of fast food insudtries has seen a seemlingly drop in theri revenue.and the rising competition has also made sense in this drop.the future share price of this companis going to drop.
2'37 the tourist develop in china has big implications for such businesses as  hotel luxury and the shopping abroad in many developed and developing   countries.
3'01two consumer confidence/investor optimism declined among  people and it's too late for them to inject  something new into the holiday.
4'49with the existe of the the Marketplace Fairness Act, digital devices will be taxed more widerly  in the near future inevitably.

S1: 02:09
P's election will occur soon, but people concern more about economy. A business owner blames the government for the negative effects that power cuts,
inflation and incomplete tax system bring.
S2: 02:12
Young people comprise a larger part of populations. To build support among these voters, unemployment and corruption need to be solved.
S3: 02:19
Yum's fall in operating profits and EPS shows that opening stores in China is risky: it's expensive to insulate against the safety problems and no gurantee
that they will be avoided totally. Also the existence of fierce competitors may make it hard to get profits increased.
S4: 02:54
There is a huge increase in China's spending on outbound travel, which has a great impact on businesses. Services in hotels, banks and shopping malls are
more china-tailored.
S5: 02:34
Consumers are pessimistic about spending and confidence index is declining, leading to a fiscal cliff in holidays. It's not easy to resolve the problem and
the decline in spending has a negative effect on employment issues during that time.
O: 05:25
There is a trend that states will support the legislation that digital contents will be taxed; the sales tax is levied on retailers and opponents claim that
the cost to collect such tax will discourage them to grow.
