別太沮喪,我的方法雖然量以及廣泛度不大,(特別是聽力部分,還是必須多熟悉其他語料才夠Toefl),但是這些用心建立起來的核心知識和能力,會使你滾英文雪球,越滾越快。
Take the 50 articles of PP, for example. Their total vocabulary (some words repeat very often) should be readily enough for you to handle Toefl. Besides, since you try to pronounce every sentence with a good intonation, when you hear the same expression in spoken form, it won't be foreign to you.
To tell you the truth, I've stopped narrating & reciting PP articles now after doing 17 of them. There are no more new sentence structures and little vocabulary for me to learn. So, I'm doing GMAT & GRE reading. Their sentences are varied, and their content needs you to think more, which is what I need now.
本來想真的考個300,現在想想不必要為了多那幾分,浪費生命,還是回歸原來最重要的課題--------Am I happily & confidently learning through my En ability.
所以我還是回頭去看我喜歡的En書,只是提醒自己要用GRE的速度和技巧讀.
