这个链接里面有具体讲阅读方法的，你可以参考一下。刚开始感觉速度慢，难以理解，这个正常，我也是经历了这样的阶段。坚持下去，我喜欢读完之后就马上写回忆，这样来提高自己的记忆能力和写作能力。加油！
