求问with独立主格的逻辑主语问题！！！急求NN指教！！！

虽然这里，with+名词+分词可以作原因状语，但对于Because of这种直接表原因的状语表达还是差了很多，而且从结构来看，a law passed in 1933 that 。。。。。。只是一个名词，对于原因的叙述不是非常明了完整，而a law passed in 1933 making it 就是一个比较清晰的叙述事件方式，因此这里优选D。

我想问一下A项的neighborhoods that allow no hunting和B项的neighborhoods that do not allow hunting有没有问题？neighborhoods可以发出allow no hunting的动作吗？
还有为什么逻辑主语一定要是the deer population，独立主格是With no natural predators and with expanses of green suburban neighborhoods，with expanses 的逻辑主语不应该是New Jersey么，然后with no predator逻辑主语应该是deer也不是deer population啊，我就有点蒙。可否讲一下如果你还在混迹这个论坛的话。。。这个题讨论帖太少了TAT。。。。

这样的话，是否暗示with 的独立主格必须要与主句主语有从属关系呢？

回到LZ最初的问题。本题五个选项中，with引导的结构其实都不是独立主格。请参看这个文章：http://forum.chasedream.com/foru ... 8753&highlight=with
这五个选项都属于上面帖子中的with + noun的结构，只是noun后面有一大堆的并列和修饰，所以在这个结构中with可以理解为have。with+noun中没有v-ing，所以没有动作的概念，也就不需要特别关注逻辑主语的问题了。
另外，在最新版的prep中，B选项中最后一个词：has，被改为了：have，这样的话B选项就有主谓单复数不一致的错误了。
