本题答案是C 对于C有疑问
1,where there这个结构可以吗？
2,这里是不是要求with独立主格结构的逻辑主语是deer population 所以只有B满足条件？
3,AEO版主说过"with做独立主格就是表伴随，此时是需要逻辑主语的。但是在with表示原因的时候并不需要。"那这里不正是表原因？为啥还需要逻辑主语？
4, B不是更好？？？

求NN指导，困惑好久了啊！马上要考试！拜托了！！！

我并不是什么NN，但我想LZ的问题比较基础，所以可以谈一下：
1.where there is no hunting这不是什么where there结构，而是个定语从句，where 指代 green suburban neighborhoods， there is no hunting修饰它。

2. 4.都应该归为一个问题，就是为什么不能选B，B的错误就在于它的主语变成了estimate，而estimate是不能have grown to exceed 175,000，只能是数量population才能 grown。

3. 虽然，形式上with状语表原因，不需要逻辑主语，但事实上，要和主句主语要形成因果关系，所以，逻辑主语事实还是存在的。比如本题，由于没有捕食者和非捕猎区的扩大，所以受影响的就是鹿的数量的增长，主语必须是鹿的数量，而不是官方统计。

但是关于with的逻辑主语，如果在不表示因果的时候，要求逻辑主语，这个主句的主语需要"拥有"with结构中的主语吗？这个“逻辑”二字是什么逻辑呢!

而对于你的“逻辑”二字的问题，我想查查字典什么的，或者搜索一下应该会得到很详细的解释。如果是在这种句子里就反映为句子的完整性和关联性。比如这有一句，Mobile phones have broken many social taboos, with people answering calls in the middle of a conversation or chatting away on the toilet. 在这句中，后面的独立分词结构是对主句的具体例证，这就是一种逻辑，后面的事实是对前面叙述的证明，就是我们说的摆事实讲道理。

题目如下：
With a law passed in 1933 that makes it a crime punishable by imprisonment that a United States citizen hold, immigrants found that on arrival in the United States they had to surrender all of the gold they had brought with them.
这是一个错误的句子，原因在于：with短语做伴随状语，逻辑主语为immigrants，表达的是law是为immigrants拥有的，逻辑错误。 这句话让我好生困惑，所以就以为with短语的名词，一定是要让主句主语"拥有"这样一个念头。不知道这里具体应该如何解析呢？

我个人认为这个解析是有一定问题的，因为在这里，解析把with归为伴随状语的说法本身就是错误的。
这里with+名词+分词是作原因状语的，这点是没什么问题的，不一定要和主句有一致的逻辑主语，只要反应和主句相关的逻辑关系就成立。我倒是觉得这个错误在于that makes it a crime punishable by imprisonment that a United States citizen hold 是有从句修饰不当的问题。这个还请把整个题目贴出来，我想正确选项应该更清楚的表达意图的。
