A recent research reveals that the temperature of earth core is about 6000 C, higher 1000 C than the figure previously detected. The iron is liquid under the ground, because the temperature is very high. Although we can detect the movement of these liquid iron to know about such movenments as the earthquake, we do not know the temperature of the iron.

We can do some experiments in the laboratory to decide the temperature in the earth centre by testing the state of iron under different tempertures and pressures. However, it is hard to reach so high temperture and difficult to determine the accurate state of the iron in so limited time. With the innovate X-rays, scientists can solve the problem.
