TIME1: 01'46'' Worst job and best job. Worst job is newswriter. No growth in salary and no improvement. Even the other two worse jobs--solider and ... improve themselves. The best job is actuaries with its high salaray and high esteem. The job is evaluatd from 4 factors. Other factors also contribute this evaluation
TIME2: 02'09'' Phelippine make the arbitration for the south sea island and reef. China foreign affair spokesman critised Phelippine government and asked them to withdraw all the facilities from the area. On the one hand, phelippine said the boundary dispute should be set down with two countries' effort, but on the other hand it covers the area without notifiing china. Phelippine doesn't follow the international regulation of the domain dispute
