Do they really have strict control over the percentage of admitted international students at their Kelley programs? What would the percentage of Chinese students normally be?

这届10个左右吧，总共70人左右，有一个韩国人，其他都是美国人，至少是美国籍。

I'm from MSIS. They are also increasing the percentage of Chinese students (decreasing the percentage of Indians at the same time) this year. But compared to many other universities, I guess the percentage is low.
