passage 3 : housing construction contributes a lot to economic recovery, it is good, but we need more to let the recovery be stable.
                   why housing helps the recovery:

                               2) housing purchase necessitates other goods
                               3) housing industry has relatively high salary

however, the former recessions didn't show this phenomenon. (08-09,   01,   1991)  
therefore, it might be real estate bubble.

Although housing industry behaves well, there would not be a housing boom
                   reason: 1) this good news only comes from comparison
                                2) unemployment rate is still high.
                                3) Americans are forming fewer households.

But housing industry indeed helps, because it brings job growth  wage gains   GDP increase.    Thing is : we need more than a good housing market.


passage 4 : Face Book would bring social networking to our real lives, our privacy might be invaded!
                     survey shows FB appears on homescreen.  some one are worrying about their privacy would thus be published.
                     FB says this will not happen. But having privacy is an out-dated notion.
                     reason: In big data age, if you use electronic apps, you already hand over your privacy by yourself, it's up to the co. about how to use your privacy.
therefore, some speaker says the new pollution would be invasion on privacy based on data systems.

Obstacle :  1) China's crime rate is reduced in China's statistic bureau, --Government says --China is safer!
                   2) but not the same story in US data analysis.  China is the 4th highest murder rate in the world.(behind British, American, Austrilia)
                   This is wierd, because, the Chinese is better off, but meanwhile the murder rate is rising.
                    Good news: the rising speed is slowing down. And a lot of crimes are caught.
                   However, it is difficult to say the trend.----the advice:   Not so fast, wise guy!
the last paragragh says: even the Chinese govenment itself has a lot of scandle, notorious events.(example: Bo xi lai )

Extra reading materials :  Thacher created a Thacherism, this principle tends to be thrown away by nowadays Europe, the author believes the world need more Thacherism.
Thacherism holds one idea: micromanagment should be reduced as soon as possible. People need rights, they should be set free.(market should be set free.)

Thacher is dead. The Bad thing she did--She used to be a member in the Tory Party, but she blocked a whole generation to embrace it.

                          The Good thing she did-- She rescued Labour Party from ruin by using her Thacherism.

In contrast with the recession of 1998-2001, the recession of 2006 does not recover the economy from house. But at the last year of the recession, the house starts to recover and has a evident increase.

Google is under a law suit filed by 7 companies including Microsoft, because the group of companies think google is using their APPs, Android systems to monopolize the market.The group require govenment file investigations on Google. The representative of Googld didn't agree that they were monopolizing the market, but later the information indicates that Google offered a remedy for the group in order to settle the case. There is no final result now.

This passage is about the current situation where young people can't afford their own lives, so the number of young people want to get financial support from parents until mid 20s increases. As a result of this situation, their parents pay partial bills for them.Some young people even live with their parents. For young people, who graduated, they can't find a job because of the bad economic situation. Furthermore, some jobs don't require a degree before now demand a 4 year degree. Even their parents talked about saving for college, only part of them know how to save, but the rest of them have no idea about how much need to be saved for college.According to the specialist, it's hard to imagine that parents let their children leave with a good financial understanding when children are 18.
