求救！申请表格中的几个问题

1。表格上的原话：

This form must be completed by all incoming students who are not U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), after an offer of admission is made. 申请材料里说申请时要交填好的visa information 表，可这里又说等offer下来才交，到底是怎么回事呀？

还有它要银行存款证明，我以为这些是签证才用，申请学校不用的，还没准备，这个存款证明可以不交么，又怕学校说材料不全，请教各位，谢谢啦。打算明天寄材料的，哎~~

. 2。Statements received without amounts in US dollars
      will not be considered for financial aid.  这是财力声明里的一句要求，怎么理解呢？

3。international adress 是用中文写的地址么，为什么说会和mailing adress 不同？

I do not know which school you are applying. Just some general idea.

Q1. Generaly, you do not need finish that document before you get offer from school. After you get admission, you have to finish that form to let school to prepare the documents for visa application. At that time, you also need to provide the bank certificate to school.

Q2. the amount of money on your statements must be US dollars.

Q3. Every international student should provide the international address, which may different from the mailing address for the persons who are in US now. I believe that all documents must be filled in English.
