Help!!!-urgent

I lost the registration number of Toefl test and the corresponding confirmation e-mail has been deleted.  I called the test centre and they require that I go there in person to take the no. but it's impossible - I live a thousand miles away!  

I need the score asap for application.  What am i supposed to do?  Some one has any clue to help me?

应该是你到你考试的那个考点去就可以找到，不是让你到ETS总部。

I knew. I took the test in HK, but I live in Mainland.

再打电话到香港考点去试试吧，这个比较麻烦的说。。

Make a phone call, or send your photo ID to identify yourself.
