Will the adcom people check the stories written in essays?

Will the adcom people also check the stories (professional or personal stories) written in essays? ~~ Do i need to provide a contact person for each story i wrote to prove it??

i don't think so,you could tell a story in your childhood, who care, you can cheat on your career experience.

you can cheat others on the experience but you can't cheat them on your capabilities and skills.  when the adcom finds that your skills and capabilities are not consistent with your story, you will be in big trouble...

if you are going to a "for-profit" bschool, the chance to get caught is relatively low. But if you are going to a school who takes themselves seriously, they all do or use service companies to hunt down the records.

If you are lying about a story happened when you are 9 years old, they will not go after you. it has little impact on your application even it is true.
