Everyone is eligible for loans to cover the full tuition and living expenses (up to $150K for two years).  For US citizens and permanent residents there's the federal loan; for international students are cosigner and non-consigner loans, with different payback terms and interest rates.

I think most of us are taking some loans, at least for the second year.

Your personal financial proof is needed to cover the first year only, once you get admission and ask the school to issue your I-20.
