这个题目网上能找到的资料很少，不知道怎样写比较好呢，也想不出什么好的例证。。求指点。。

这个题需要分情况了，有些文化单一或者一直以城市为主的国家，文化的产生和保持主要在城市，比如巴黎，雅典等。
文化比较多元或者城市历史不长的地方，比如中国和很多非洲国家，文化在城市也有，在农村也有，而且城市不一定是主要的。
