題目：People who cannot accept criticism will not succeed in a team


Edison said criticism makes improvement.  Working in a team, I think teamwork spirit is very important, one without teamwork will make subjective decisions or some bad decisions even let the team in trouble. So I think, if people don't listen to others criticisms will not be work good in a team.


I used to work in a computer programer team, there was 3 people in the team, we made applications during vacations and sold them. Because of my better skill in programming than other 2 people, soon I started to make applications myself and listen less and less from teammates. Soon my program released, and soon there's a big bug that I had never realized, which my teammate had warned me a lot in advance and I ignored. It's showed that the importance of listening to others' words. Nobody is perfect, when you focus on one thing you might be make mistakes and you may not know of it, but other people will find out your mistakes and point it out for you. To sum, being in a team, listen to criticism is very important for you to communicate to teammates and so to that you could avoid making mistakes. On the contrary, don't listen to criticisms will make you leave the group and be dislike by teammates, which is the bad situation we don't want to see.


What`s more, receiving criticisms can also make you grow up and get more social experiences. Nowadays, teamwork spirit is important when you`re working. For example, if you are working in a group of your company for your boss, which is not an easy job, which can be rebuke anytime when you done something not perfectly, if you can`t listen to criticisms and make improvement, you may lose your job. We should learn to adapt to accept others` criticisms then we can learn to adapt the social situations.


To sum all, accepting criticisms is an important skill when you grow up and living in the social, especially in the team.
