When it comes to the topic for success in a future job, weather the ability to relate well to people or studying hard in school is more important? People holding different views towards this have been debating for a long time. The ability to relate or studying? It remans to be seen wich one is more important. Reasons to be named are as follows.


To begin with, both the ability to relate to people well and studying hard in school are very essential for anyone who desires to succeed. As it is known to all, someone who eatablishes good relationship with people always have more access to broad resources, such as captical, talents, techology, all of which have great effect on people's carrer. A good example is that only with the ability to relate people well-CFO, COO ,and ect.-, thus be equipped with captical, talents and techology,  can Jobs achieve so great success in managing the Apple Company. In addition, the importance of studying hard in school and get high scores can never be stressed too much. The better someone study, the more chances, abilities, characteritics he will have. It is self-evident that someone who always get a low point is offen laughed at and cannot participate in numerous activities, intership or enrollment. My cousion, a boy addicted to computer games and always bring home a low mark paper, lives a life lacking in opportunities, promotion and success while full of depression, uhappiness and failure. This maybe concluded from the fact that he doesn't do well in school and few people want to cooporate with him.


In addition, living in a society with rapid development and great economic increase, people come across both more opportunities and challanges, making be successful a bit more difficult. To address, the ability ot relate well people is urgently needed for those who is eager to succeed. Estalbishing and mantaing good relationships with others, someone will get informed better, access to opportunities broadly and know how to make it well. In contrast, someone who just do well in study, not having built up relationships with others is less likely to succeed in such a society calls for cooporation, understand, and information. Although Mr. Obama does well in study,  it is his ability to relate well to people that puts up the path to presidency, because his relationship gets him more chances, supports, boundings and votes.


In a word, it is a little bit more important for those who want to succeed to relate well to people than just study hard in school.
