S'day最早是爱尔兰人的，美国人在庆祝的时候会吃牛肉，但是真正的爱尔兰人是不吃牛肉的，只吃cabage之类的，然后说为什么了
中间大段（过去爱尔兰人不吃牛肉的原因）：首先那个时候爱尔兰的牛是用来做老苦力的，只有那些牛老到不能动了，才会拿来吃，而且只有少部分人吃的起
                                                            爱尔兰的corn beef远近闻名，出口各地，原因有一个是，爱尔兰的盐税很低，比起其他总是实惠好吃。畅销欧洲，举例法               国和英格兰打仗，但是也可以进口实物

The author is discussing the origin of a festival, when people eat corned beef. At the beginning, Iran people seldomly eat beef because it was expensive. When England conquer Iran, they make beef as a commodity. Poeple start to eat beef commonly.Even when England is having war with France, they still sale salty beef to France. Later, American start to produce its own salty beef. Popele eat differently when having the St. P's Day. But most of the food are related to beef.
