申请一些lower level的美国的phd项目，我基本确定你能有offer，当然这类学校不能确保你在北美的就业，能够确保就业。加拿大也是选择之一。

多上一些quant或者math的课可能也能也有些帮助。

我觉得没有那么惨吧 如果想申香港的话
有个好朋友的本科background比你的差多了 硕士是厦大的 拿到港中文的finance的offer了 港大猜测还在WL上
印象中他本科好像还不是finance的 还有点转专业的性质在
但是说港中文的finance比港大的好（我是真心不知道啊。。。。如果不对告诉我） （朋友也逛CD的 哈哈 不晓得会不会被看到哎）

我觉得相比之下 你有很多优势啊 近水楼台先得月 务必要发挥这个近水楼台的优势
没有办法改变的劣势就不要太纠结了 把其他方面做得有吸引力就好啦  

先尽力去试  你的选择空间还蛮大的我觉得

The Finance PhD Program at Buffalo (AAU member, well known as a research university) is small and competitive. Binghamton has a focus on undergraduate education, but its finance PhD program is quite strong and has placed its graduates at research schools. The other schools under the SUNY umbrella do not offer business PhD programs.

Should you consider "lower level" programs, I would suggest the following (partial list):
Texas-San Antonio
Texas-El Paso
North Texas
West Virginia
Massachusetts-Boston
Southern Illinois (Finance PhD Program has a high reputation)
Wayne State
Wisconsin-Milwawkee
Rhode Island
