第一段讲了为什么要use group interview（此处有主题题）。
第二段讲了2个problems，分别是从interviewer和applicants的角度说明的。说interviewer可能无法接受大量的信息会影响selection。Applicants因为隐私等方面的原因不愿意多透露自己的信息而且不愿意完全表现自己，这又影响了selection。
文章不难，题目也还好，认真读就行。

22.2group interview. 寂静上的分类是访问，其实应该是群体面试。
  寂静上现有的就够，就2段，不难，结构清晰，单词也很清新。我考前没看这片寂静，考试时也觉得不难。
 第一段：第一句，group interview的好处是省时间、省钱、省XX。后面就具体说明group interview的两个好处：managers可以考察  candidates的抗压能力(pressure)；可以在一堆人里发现最有领导能力或潜质的人（原话可能没这么说，但就是这个意思）Therefore, 很多公司都越来越倾向于group interview。
 第二段：主要是讲有2个问题会导致group interview失效（也可以是2个缺点？）[有主题提，5个都挺迷惑，我觉得]第一个就是employer在面试时的工作太多（multi-的一个词，后面还有括号解释说明包括哪些工作）；第二个就是说group interview容易导致insufficient information，举例就是在很多人面前怎么怎么着，与隐私有关什么的。
