今天工作比较闲,于是上班时间来做做小分队嗷嗷。
但是隔壁同事打电话来着,刚好训练托福的抗干扰能力了,吼吼。

But task-minded leaders are easier to get promoted, because they are good at bragging.

People usually like to report to social minded leaders. But task-oriented leaders are more likely to get promoted.

The transform takes long time and is painful enough.
