[求助]请教一个essay题目

If you are applying for admission to our program without 3 years of post-baccalaureate work experience, what unique contributions can you make to the class?

在这个题目上卡了壳，不知道adcom希望年轻申请者带给他们什么，不知他们希望看到什么。实在想不出什么interesting的来写，大家给点意见哦。谢谢～

really a challenging question:

Although I have less than 3 years of FT WE, I have more than 4 years of PT WE, which in terms of intensity is no less than FT WE. But, I personally think specifying an arbitrary cut-off value for the WE is not appropriate. But, one contribution that I can deliver to your b-school is that I have the WE of managing PT workers. Nowdays there are lots of organizations which are in high demand of PT workers. Managing PT workers requires different types of skills...

很谢谢leonapp gg，和mariezhu JJ，受了一些启发。

不过感觉这个题目很难写得深入，而且很难写得让人impressed。感觉上工作了3年的在youth, intelligence, enthousiasm, curiosity toward everything, openness, academic excellence方面也差不了多少，所以很难突出优势，不知大家怎么看。

You want to show sth to them at the macro-level. But American guys like examples. I don't believe you have not a single enlightening example in your three years' work. Spend some time walking through your experience and check out some stellar examples.
