我刚刚收到邮件，请问这是录取吗？？？usc ma in econ

邮件里有这样一句话:
I am pleased to inform you that you are academically eligible for admission to the Fall 2013 semester as a graduate student majoring in Economics leading toward a Master of Arts; however, your application is not yet complete.
邮件结尾还有这样一句：
Upon receipt of the affidavit of support, your official letter of admission and I-20 or DS-2019 will be forwarded to you. Please reply directly to this email if you have any questions.
我到底是不是被录取了啊

往年不是四月份才有结果的吗，今年怎么回事，这么早，所以我才怀疑不是ad，他说要我提供财产证明，要我把给我分配的usc student identification no写在上面的扫描件……

对，我们学校有同学拿到了Usc-cs的ad，就是要财产证明

应该才开始，我觉得好多人都会申请这所学校，肯定会有很多人最后不去，坚持！
