这篇文章确实很难，我读了好几个小时，反反复复，下面是我理出的一个逻辑，供你参考一下，不知道对不对：

决定论者的观点：技术是决定社会改变的最基本因素（以clark为代表）
结构论者的观点：技术不是最基本因素，也有人的因素（以braverman为代表）

结构论者通过误导决定论者的观点来使自己获得认同，他们如何误导呢? 他们把决定论者的观点作为自己观点的一个“alternative”——既认为技术可以改变社会但又存在于社会之外。

技术论者从理论和实际两方面来反驳结构论者。从理论上，不能把技术单看成是钢铁制造的器械，而是社会与技术变革的一种关系的体现。从实际上，举了电话交换技术的例子，这个技术改变了社会。而且这种改变包含改变老板与工人协商技术运用的方式，还包含技术自然特性本身。

我感觉作者比较倾向于决定论者（也就是clark）的观点，所以最后结尾引用了clark的话。

虽然这已经是4年前的贴了，您肯定知道/不在意答案了，但还是留下我的思考给后来人吧。
127题在文章45-46行，tasks,skills,training oppoturnities, adm.,and org. of workers 就是C选项的overall operations and organization.

这文章是真的难！！
