2nd yr student面试，对方是不相关的行业，但人很nice，整个过程对话形式，所有的问题基本上都可以在之前的面经找到，回答过程中也不会不断challenge你

3. leadership experience
4. solve conflict example
5. deal with difficult person
6. constructive feedback
7. your unique quality to bring to the table
8. most significant accomplishment
