Offer from VCU accounting PHD

get the offer after 20mins interview, decided to go.

Background: Undergraduate GPA 3.2, graduate GPA 3.5 at virginia tech, 3 recommendation letters from U.S, two of them might be strong recommendation, one is only for a class i was in.
More than one year's research experience as an RA but no paper. GMAT 720

Why VCU?Why not Virginia Tech? (All the accounting Phd students at VT have big 4 working experience and are native speakers, so don't recommend international students to apply.)
Why Phd?
Which school you want to work with after graduate from VCU? (not expecting this question, didn't answer well)

你猜对了，面试我问他们，什么时候出结果，他们反问告诉你结果，你要考虑多久，VCU离现在的地方不远，我还是倾向就在virginia，说你啥时候告诉我，我啥时候就答应，结果面试完不到十分钟就通知了. 还申请了其他的，有比vcu好点的，不管要不要,不打算去了，
