Hey there! And thanks for dropping us a line here. Sorry to hear that you haven't been as successful as you had hoped in your applications. Before I start answering your comments about Tepper though, let me say that since you have applied to many other schools without success, before you go ahead and apply anywhere, you might be better off, stopping and thinking about your strategy and your applications, so see if there is something you can change for the better. There's no point in continuing ahead with a strategy that has not thus far been successful! So I would do that first.
Next, Tepper does seem to be a good choice for you given your criteria. I don't think that you should be having any difficulties because of lack of "pre-MBA" stuff, although you might want to complement your finance/math knowledge before you attend.
I think, though, like I wrote above, that your first step should be to maybe have someone look at your unsuccessful applications, and figure out what went wrong, and THEN apply to other alternatives.
