这是UMD的录取么.....还是告知结果要出来了

大半夜加班，顺道想起去看看网页，就说 decision available了。。。
On behalf of the Robert H. Smith School of Business MS in Business: Accounting Admissions Committee, I am delighted to inform you that we have reviewed your application for admission and have forwarded your file to the University of Maryland's central Graduate School with our full recommendation for official admission into the Fall 2013 term! You will also receive separate correspondence from the Graduate School regarding your official admission status to the University of Maryland.
但是为什么是recommendation！！木有congratulation的么？？？是录了么。。。

现在所有录取都是这个状态，非正式录取的，商学院推荐的研究生院一般不会驳回的，所以相当于是录取通知啦~~Cong！！
