我找到JJ里的原文没有提到的，不知对不对...全文看附件吧???...


是对这个观点表示怀疑，讲其实这种a打头的shell很sensitive,会受到环境、温度等的影响
This species of Anadarais extremely sensitive in terms of the habitat it occupies: it requires soft mud or silty sediment between 0.5 and 1 m in depth, and sedi-ments that are compacted, sandy, or in overly turbid areas are unsuitable. Additionally, tidal patterns, weather conditions, minor drops in salinity and possibly temperature varia-tions (Broom 1983) have an effect on growth rates and mortality levels. The species is capable of spawning year round, though exactly when major spawning events occur depends on the variables outlined above

因此怀疑shell会不会因为季节的变化会变地方，因此mounds是不是应该在不同的地方呢？而且应该在不同的mounds有differences,同一个cluster里的mounds内部环境也应该不同，同一个mounds里面应该也有不同的shell。但结果发现并没有不同。
Anadarais an ‘r-selected’ species and so is capable of filling ideal habitats both quickly and in large numbers. However, popula-tions of the species are also prone to dramatic reductions through variations in a range of environmental conditions. Although Anadara is a species that adapts well to dynamic environments, its selectivity in terms of its pre-ferred habitats means that it was unlikely to have been seasonally available in large quantities at specific loca-tions. If mound clusters were used permanently through-out the wet and early dry season then shell mound com-position would be more variable reflecting seasonal changes in the availability of Anadarain the local envi-ronment and concomitant changes in exploitation strate-gies. Furthermore, if different mounds within clusters were used as bases for exploiting different resources, then significant variation in composition should also exist between those mounds within a cluster, as well as between different clusters. Such variations do not seem to exist.
