Please note that ECE now     requires a China Qualifications Verification Credentials Report.     For completed programs, both the degree and Chinese language grade report     must be verified ; for incomplete programs,     just the Chinese language grade report. The verification report must be sent directly to ECE     by the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center:

Photocopies of English translations. You may prepare the translations     yourself, as long as they are complete, literal, word-for-word, and in the     same format as the original document. Please do not submit original translations;     they will not be returned.

Subject Analysis, Catalog Match, and Health     Professions Licensure reports require a syllabus or other type of course     descriptions to be submitted for all postsecondary academic subjects.

之前中介也是这么说，但是我问了教育部认证处，他们不收ECE那张申请表（填信用卡信息那张），所以申请表需要寄给ECE吧？
回到requirement,CDGDC的认证报告是与photocopies..blabla平级的，那么photocopies...应该跟认证处没关系了吧？
如果还不确定，看材料要求，ECE要的是English translation,而且说了不要原件，因为不会还；认证处的材料要求是中英文原件和复印件。。。资料要求不同吧？
反正申请表要直接寄给ECE，那么多往里放几张纸是没有什么关系的
