（1）1:28，The passage is about the embarrass condition of Italy that the group of old is surging while the birth rate is low. Italy is never attractive enough for immigrants under the circumstance of fast development of China. The society is getting older, leading the economy of the country to a problematic condition.
（2）2:20，The passage mainly discusses the way to deal with bad thoughts, which destruct people's mood in a second. The methods include: 1, live in the moment without regret for the past and fear for the future; 2, be confident and think of your strengths; 3, set boundaries to bad triggers.
（3）2:26，The passage discusses the condition fresh graduates face and the liability of the university. According to a research, many university graduates lowered their expectation of job market and believed that they were in the low social level. There are more university students now than decades ago. University is popular education rather than an elite one. However, the job market is not able to absorb so many graduates. Experts believe that universities should convert its educational methods to cultivate more job-oriented graduates than sole research-oriented ones.
（4）1:17，The passages presents a game whose hidden meaning is to ease your hatred to others. The students were asked to bring potatoes, each representing a person he/she hated, with them for one week. As time went by, potatoes spoiled and smelled ugly. Moreover, more potatoes meant higher weight. After relieving from the game, the students were told that the hatred to others will contaminate the heart.
（5）1:59，The passage discusses that people enjoy collecting the stamps in Canada. The designs are very special: when it comes to domestic issues, the red snake appears; while the yellow or green snakes appear when it comes to international issues. Some people thought it of  precious Chinese culture. It is also an way for people to celebrate the Chinese lunar new year.
（6）4:15，The passage is about the misery of breakup. It discusses how people will react after a breakup in many ways. Some people may reminisce the past constantly. Some may get drunk and torture themselves in many ways. Some one will stare at the phone, willing to call the number that used to be the most familiar. Some hang out with friends, willing to hear some news of that person in details. It really needs some time to recover from a breakup.
