2.  I had mba.com submit my GMAT to NYU last year, but didn't finish my application then. For this year, shall I send the GMAT score again?

1. Does stern require to submit official transcripts? Or a scanned copy is sufficient. As far as I know, many Bschools require officials transcripts only if you are admitte

2. Since you did not finish your application last year, you are a totally new applicant to them this year. My guess you have to go through all the procedures as if you did not apply there last year.
