请教各位申过 NYU SCPS 的大神，他家需要成绩认证嘛？因为在网站上看到这么一句话

if requested by the Office of Admissions, to verify transcript equivalency to the U.S. educational system for admission and transfer credit purposes. Evaluations are acceptable only from evaluation services recognized by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. Please request a course-by-course evaluation.”Does it mean that I have to make an evaluation when I mail materials to youbefore the deadline?
