请问一下各位，在GMAT阅读中，qualifies什么意思表限定，什么意思表有资格

在我的印象中，这个单词一直是表 有资格 的意思，但在PREP07阅读第二部分第六篇文章的第二个问题里，，我误以为它是做 有资格 。。用， 所以第一时间就把它给排除了，最后看阅读笔记，里面说 C选项这个单词是以 限定 的意思出现的。。。。求高人指点这个单词到底怎么解啊Question #20.  196-05(22190-!-item-!-188;#058&000196-05)
