Emory的leadership style 改如何写呢？

There are basically 5 types of leadership style: Change leadership; Strategic Leadership; Performance Leadership; Character Leadership (lead by role model), Inspirational leadership. People's leadership style will change over time pending on his/her position, personality and experience. some people have one or two styles overweight the others.


Hope the above information would be useful. I believe the people here could understand the leadership style based on the word.

ESSAY3 :Mr. Goizueta was an inspirational leader. Describe your leadership style andgive an example of how you will use that style to make an impact on GoizuetaBusiness School as a student or alumnus. Please limit your response to 300words.

完全木有思路啊，啥叫leadership style？是再写一个leadership的故事吗？

已经完稿了。
要不要再改啊。。
净对将来的事情YY太难了吧

I want to confirm with you to ensure I don't misunderstand the question.
In my essay, I should give out my leadership style concisely and no need to provide my previous example. I should focus on my planning or expectation on what I will contribute to GBS and my alumnus by my leadership style and at meantime, provide the specific plan as example. Am I right on the explaining? "

The answer:
"On the leadership question, you are on the right track.  lease use a clarifying statement that describes your style and then go on to describe how you would take a leadership role as a student or an alumna and what you would do.  You may provide an example."

没有说服力吧

总之，这个题目也很难平衡
比第一篇的各种逻辑顺序失衡有过之而无不及啊

Hey there! Good question you got dude.
When approaching this question, like any other, the first thing you need to think of is : How can I answer the question AND promote my candidacy. And in most places, like here, you will find that the best way to do so is to use a story from your life, professional or personal.
So, the BEST way to describe your leadership story is to take your best leadership accomplishment (with the best results, leading the biggest team) and to use that story as the basis for SHOWING what your leadership style is. Once you have a concrete story with amazing results, anything you write about your style will sound good.

个人觉得很有道理
过去和将来的都重要，过分偏重将来而没有对过去的强有力和有说服力的陈述，肯定就显得毫无根据的
所以我觉得还是一比一的比重吧
自己反正打算要如此处理了
1：2和2：1都奇怪，而最奇怪的个人认为绝对是1：2


虽然LZ有AO的证言，但我觉得还得思辨地看
