真捉急啊！我用工行的visa卡付申请费没成功提示：Your transaction could not be completed due to a failed 3D Secure verification process. Therefore, your card authorization was not approved. Please contact your bank for further information and instructions.
是什么意思啊？打电话问工行客服，他们说没听过3D 验证服务。这是什么问题啊？有没有碰到过的？

这个问题还没有遇到过哎，身边有没有办法找到另外一家银行的信用卡试试？

写Motivation Letter要求一页纸，那么是12磅，两倍间距，还是一倍间距？
还有，我要申请的没写ML格式，那么也是一页纸么？

一般来说都是一页纸，间距没有详细的说明，默认的就好。
