楼主在看IC的career planning questions看到在问short term career goal的时候 有如下提示：
Ifyou are interested in joining a graduate scheme,think about how long it will be, and the type of role you will be doing oncompletion of it.

Think about the type of promotion youmight achieve after a graduate scheme – will you be looking after your ownprojects, clients or research?

但是还是没搞懂这个graduate scheme是神马意思啊啊啊？~是英国一个特有的东西吗？
求高手指教！
