我的托福成绩送成6197 which standsfor TULANE U FREEMAN SCH BUSINESS了，完了。关键是我还没有收到自己那份，申请的时候只是把网上截屏传上去了。管用吗？
另外，10月30号提交申请，大概多久会有回复呢？

I amcurrently applying for the MFin Program. I haven't received my paper copyof my GMAT score report yet, but I have downloaded the official scores frommba.com in the PDF form. Do I need to scan a paper copy of the results, or do Ijust need to upload the PDF I have right now?

（重点）Tulane的MFIN项目开始于六月，可是本科毕业证书最早只能在六月拿到。是否必须等到毕业证书到手才能入学MFIN项目？

Dear XX:
You can simply upload your transcriptsthrough the date on which you are applying.  Students must completeall degree requirements prior to the start of the MFIN program, but can submitfinal degree conferring transcripts and diploma certificate as soon as it isavailable – this is usually by mid to late July for internationalstudents.
(重点)申请的时候必须提交成绩单，而且开始MFIN项目之前要求已完结之前的学业。但是对于官方成绩单和毕业证书，考虑到国际学生的特殊性，只要在拿到之后尽早提交Tulane即可。

我觉得并不能简单的把学校根据名气神马的分为牛，非牛的。。。因为不同的学校有不同的特色program，tulane这样的宣传力度不仅仅是要自夸自好，更重要的是给不了解tulane的人一个机会去开始自己了解它，评价它是否符合自己的目标。也学一个人觉得不好的program在另一个人的眼中下是好的，很多时候人们是出于不了解而不重视。。。
