作文素材积累专帖（今日话题：Issue 19）

本帖专门为Issue涉及到的话题做准备，每天我会按题库顺序粘贴题目，给出我自己找的例子，大家觉得有什么比较好的例子素材可以为之所用，请跟帖，日积月累，相信到一定时候，会是一个很大素材库的。

这个帖子也许短期内效益不大，但我觉得一个月之后，必定会有很好的效果，所以无论你现在即将考试还是距离考试有几个月很长时间，都请在这里记录下吧！众人拾柴火焰高嘛，大家加油！

规则：每天更新一个话题，但前面讨论过的话题还可以继续。更新帖子的时候，我会把前面话题的链子附上，方便查看和讨论！

例子1：在中国五六十年代，盲目认为人多力量大，对人口的快速增长没有采取有效地控制措施，导致人口问题成为现在制约中国社会等各方面发展的最大因素之一。
例子2：在日本战后的五六十年代，日本政府高度重视教育和科技，花费大量金钱引进先进技术和购买发明专利等，这使得日本在新科技革命时代中占得先机，经济科技实力名列世界前茅。

A decade ago, nstead of devoting a lot of energy on solving the current energy crisis. China focuses on developing solar power in the future. Now Solar power in the People's Republic of China is one of the biggest industries in mainland China. China has over 400 photovoltaic (PV) companies and produces approximately 23% of the photovoltaic products worldwide."(source from wikipedia)
