基本一致，只是最后一个分句有变化：1856后面有个逗号，下面的选项都有and，有的逗号在and前有的在and后，还有的没有逗号的。我当时的感觉是每个选项念起来都很奇怪，就用了排除法，A选项单复数错了，BCD好像都会造成句子缺少成分不成句，最后只有E选项是带有实际意义的谓语were formally granted 这个部分的，但是前面也有and they,这题我折腾了好久，选的不确定，所以才记住。。。你要是遇到了多看几眼吧~
