Hello,
I have a B.A degree from one of the top 10 university in mainland China,  majored in logistics management.
1. My GPA is 3.3, and very active when in the shool yard.
2. Now I am working in an U.S F500 motor company located in China in the department of logistics.
3. Yet the work is not so related to the supply chain management.  It's more like ERP system analyst.  
4. Positive thing is that I'm doing programs and I can rotate in the department next year.
  I want to apply 2014 fall. Will the backgrond help me to apply to the SCM master program?

I'm now in a 2-year graduate trainee program of the company, as I mentioned before, a U.S motor company. For applying the 2014 program with 2 years experience like this. Would I choose MBA or Master?

I'm a senior majoring in logistics management, and will graduate in June 2013.
GMAT 710+4.5;  TOEFL 101;  GPA 3.69/5.0
no full time working experience, but a 3-month full time internship in logistics department
I'll appreciate it if you can answer my following questions:
1. Is there any weakness do you suggest I explain in the optional essay?
2. how much does working experience matter for this program?
3. what kind of student is this program looking for?
4. how many students do you plan to accept in 2013 fall?
